
90 minutes of yoga - whew. Dripping sweat 30 minutes in. I needed to outline things to see where my weaknesses are. Once you get past the moving asana section of this routine it gets much easier...that section is all about strength and flexibility matched with balance. The following sections are more isolated.
Everything was ok tonight...except I forgot to walk the dogs beforehand like I said I would...so my routine was broken up a few times by Bailey. She got in trouble this time and seemed to get it after about 6 times of me giving her the stink eye and "no no no" finger. Next time...walk the dogs!
